Betty J. Meyers, Chair of
Washington County SCD presented Stephane "Sam" Tyler with an plaque on
February 9th in appreciation of here work on the Beaver Creek Stream Restoration
completed in early December 2004. Sam led the survey and design team as
well as completing all drafting, permitting and on site coordination and
construction inspection for this 800 linear feet of stream restoration using
rock cross vanes, J-Hooks and bio-engineering to restore this class three
stream. The total cost of the project was $253,000.00
