Tim is the District Conservationist and works for the Natural Resources Conservation Service.  His primary job is to oversee the technical work performed at the District.  Tim  has worked at the District for 6 years.

Essy is the District's Administrative Assistant.  Her primary duties include payroll and financial records.  She has worked for the District for 15 years.

Essy was awarded the Outstanding Employee of the Year award for 2006 from the Maryland Association of Soil Conservation Districts.

SOIL SCIENTIST

Our office is currently fortunate enough to have a resident NRCS soil scientist.  Along with his many other duties, Dave is busy working on updating the Baltimore County soil survey.  He has worked for NRCS for    19 years.
